To delete your user account and the personal data associated with it in the AMPER application, follow the steps below:
- Send an e-mail to: support@ampliapps.com
- Subject line: “AMPER – account deletion”
- In the message body, provide:
- your full name,
- the e-mail address associated with your account,
- your company/organisation name,
- (optionally) the scope of data to be deleted.
What will be deleted
- Your user account (login, password, profile data),
- Your personal data associated with the account,
- Diagnostic logs and technical data related to your account.
What may be retained and why
- Billing and accounting data – retained for 5 years under Polish accounting and tax law.
- Operational data constituting work documentation (e.g. visit reports, orders placed on behalf of your employer) – may be retained for a period determined by your employer, who is the controller of such data. We will contact the administrator on your employer’s side accordingly.
Timing
We process account deletion requests within 30 days of receiving the message. You will receive an e-mail confirmation upon completion.
Important notice
If your account was created by your employer, they act as joint controller of part of your data. When you request account deletion:
- we delete data for which AMPLIFIER sp. z o.o. is the controller,
- we promptly notify the administrator on your employer’s side of your request — the decision regarding remaining data rests with them.
