An intelligence layer alongside your team – not instead of it
See your customers the way a salesperson on the shop floor sees them.
E-commerce gave us reach and took away our sight. Live Assisted Sales shows your team the shop floor in real time: who is here, who is close to deciding, why – and what to do now. The decision always stays with a human.

Where this product came from
In a store with shelves, someone is watching the customer. In your online store, nobody is.
A salesperson on the floor doesn't look at a report. They look at people.
An online store is a shop floor with no staff on it. Not because we don't employ people – but because we give them nothing to look at.
Picture an ordinary store. Shelves, aisles, products. People walk around, pick things up, put them back. And with no system at all, a salesperson knows things no system will ever tell them: that this man is coming back to the same fridge for the third time, that this couple is standing over the price tag doing the maths in their heads, that this person has been searching for something for ten minutes and is about to walk out with nothing.
Then we moved that store online. We gained reach, opening hours around the clock, a catalogue with no floor-space limits. The store grew a thousandfold – and lost its sight.
The same customers still walk the aisles. They still come back to the same product for the third time. It's just that there's no longer anyone on the other side to notice it.
- A store with shelves
- An online store
The salesperson sees the whole floor. They know who is hesitating, who is searching and who is about to leave.
The same people, the same floor. Only nobody is watching them – they turn into a number in a report.
How it was patched up
Instead of sight, we got prosthetics. Three of them – and each is worse than simply looking.
01
The report
CCTV footage watched the next day. Yesterday there were 600 sessions and seven carts in ten abandoned. All of it true, and there's nothing you can do about it – those people have already left.
02
Static "recommended products"
Rearranging the shelves. It works on the crowd, it doesn't know the specific person standing in the aisle right now, and it doesn't change when they change their mind.
03
The chatbot
The person handing out leaflets at the entrance. It greets everyone with the same line after thirty seconds – and customers have learned to close it on reflex.
The common denominator: none of them restores sight. The first describes the past, the second works on the crowd, the third strikes up conversations blind.
What Live Assisted Sales does
We turn the lights on across the floor.
Not yesterday's report. Not the crowd. People, right now, in your store – and next to each one a single concrete suggestion of what to do.
- The same floor, with Live Assisted Sales
Every visitor – anonymous ones included – gets a purchase intent score calculated live from their behaviour. The team knows who to approach first.
Live console
“Who should I talk to right now?” – the store answers by itself.
The score is calculated live from the customer's behaviour and shown in simple, human language. A salesperson on the floor can also explain their hunch – our system does the same, only in writing.
- Works for everyone – including anonymous and logged-out customers
- Three clear levels: high, medium and low purchase intent
- The score drops on its own when the customer loses interest
- The salesperson knows not only "who", but also "why"

One console
Exactly what they would see standing between the shelves.
Intent measurement, a live console, chat and product suggestions in one product – a combination we didn't find in any of the 14 tools we reviewed in June 2026.
01
Who is here
A list of visitors – anonymous and logged-out ones included – ordered from the hottest down to those who are just browsing.
02
Who is close to deciding
A 0–100 purchase intent score, calculated live from real behaviour in your store, not from a model's general knowledge.
03
Why
The three most important reasons, written in plain language. No black box – the salesperson doesn't have to take the algorithm's word for it.
04
What mood they are in
A label on every conversation – from satisfied to frustrated. Just like seeing a customer's expression on the shop floor.
05
What to do now
One concrete action instead of a chart: reach out, hold them back, suggest a product. A single click opens the conversation.
06
What else to show
Product suggestions drawn from real behaviour and purchases – not static "recommended" blocks. The salesperson sends them with one click.
AI assistant
AI writes the reply. A human always sends it.
This is not another chatbot, and it deliberately is not an autonomous AI salesperson. A customer buying anything pricier than a bar of chocolate wants to talk to a human – they simply want that human to know what to ask them.
Because if you give AI the "send" button, sooner or later it will invent a price, promise something you don't have in stock, or write something none of your salespeople would ever say. Our assistant stops at the word "review".
- A draft based on the real customer context and your catalogue, not on generalities
- Writes in your store's language, in your brand's tone, without making up prices
- Cost control and a safety fuse – the button never "breaks"
- Full human control over every message sent
AI draft – review and send
Is this bed available right away? I'm short on time.
Hello. Yes, this model is in stock.
A human sends it. Always.
And this is where the advantage begins
A shop floor you could never build out of bricks.
Once you give an online store its sight back, it turns out it sees more than a physical store ever did.
Scale
Everyone at once
A salesperson on the floor can handle three customers. Here, one person sees everyone and knows who to approach first.
Memory
The trolley in the aisle
An abandoned cart is a trolley left between the shelves – in a physical store nobody runs after it. Here you see it right away, with its value.
Proof
A/B test with a control group
A store manager will never find out whether moving a shelf helped. You get a number: how much extra sales the assistance produced.
New traffic
Customers from ChatGPT
AI assistants visit online stores too. Classic analytics can't see them – because bots don't run its scripts. We show that traffic on your dashboard.
The change that makes the difference
From "how many visited us" to "who wants to buy right now".
Privacy
The same deal a customer makes when walking into a store.
The salesperson on the floor is looking at you – and that's fine, because they don't know your name and aren't recording your face. Our version of that deal is architecture, not a slogan.
One consent banner, adapted to the region
Opt-in in the EU, opt-out elsewhere, and Global Privacy Control honoured – one banner instead of yet more pop-ups.
The right to have data erased
With a single button, the team exports or permanently deletes all of a customer's data.
Short retention
Raw behavioural data is deleted automatically – configurable per store.
A human always decides
The system only suggests – no decision about a customer is made automatically, and every AI-written message is approved by a human.
Compliance doesn't have to be a brake. It can be the reason a customer chooses you – you deliver in one European product what usually takes several separate non-EU tools.
