Git with Pull Requests and code review at every stage. No change reaches production without a review. Full history and the ability to roll back to any state.
CI/CD and infrastructure
Jenkins for automated testing and deployment. Docker for environment containerisation. AWS as the cloud platform with full scalability and monitoring.
