Connect WooCommerce to Live Assisted Sales in 5 minutes - no code required.
The plugin connects your store to the platform via a secure OAuth/PKCE handshake - no copying API keys, with automatic updates and built-in GDPR compliance. The salesperson immediately sees who's really ready to buy, and the AI assistant helps them write responses. The decision always stays with the human.
This isn't just another integration
You don't need to open an IT ticket or wait for a developer's free slot. Just one click in WooCommerce settings - the secure handshake between the plugin and the platform handles the rest.
Regular integration
- You generate an API key and paste it manually in two places
- The API key travels through the browser - leak risk
- You manually update the plugin with every new version
- Events sometimes "get lost" when the connection drops
Live Assisted Sales Plugin
- One click on "Connect to Live Assisted Sales" - the server does the rest
- The key never passes through the browser, only a one-time code
- Updates install automatically, no clicking required
- Orders go through a persistent buffer with retry attempts - nothing gets lost
How it works: 3 steps
- 1You install the pluginFrom the WordPress dashboard: Plugins → Add New → Upload (or from the directory, if it's already there).
- 2You connect with one click"Connect to Live Assisted Sales" in WooCommerce settings, you log in and confirm - no pasting any key.
- 3The store starts sending dataThe chat widget activates, and the salesperson console fills up with live customers within minutes.
What you get with the plugin
Everything you need for the platform to work from day one - no additional configuration.
For agencies and developers: don't just take our word for it
Every plugin version is verified before release - on the same code that ships to the client's store. Lower risk that an update breaks something in production that you deployed.

Managing multiple client stores? Each one has its own subscription (see section 05), and you see them all in one dashboard. See the public demo → - WordPress, WooCommerce, catalog, and payments in PLN.
Pricing and terms
The price (also visible in the panel on the right) is 349 PLN / 92 USD / 81 EUR per month per store - not per user, so your entire support team is included in the price. With annual billing: 10% discount.
You start with a 7-day trial period - everything works right away, with no limitations. If after 7 days you don't move to a paid subscription, new events stop being recorded; you can still browse existing data in the panel. Once the subscription is paid, recording resumes immediately.
Frequently asked questions
- How much does the plugin and platform cost?
- 349 PLN / 92 USD / 81 EUR per month for one monitored store, regardless of team size. With annual billing - 10% discount.
- What happens if I don't move to a paid subscription after the trial period?
- You have 7 days to test everything with no limitations. After that, new events stop being recorded, but you keep access to the panel and existing data - just switch to a paid subscription to get recording running again right away.
- I have two WooCommerce stores - can I connect them to one account?
- No - each monitored URL must be unique in the system and requires its own subscription. If you try to connect an address that already exists in the system, you'll see a message asking you to contact our support.
- Does installation require a developer?
- No. You install the plugin like any other in WordPress, and connecting to the platform is one click and a login - no editing code and no pasting API keys.
- What happens to an order if the internet connection drops briefly?
- Nothing - the event waits in a persistent buffer and is automatically resent (up to 8 attempts), so the order still reaches the platform.
- Is the plugin GDPR compliant?
- Yes. The consent banner behaves differently for the EU (opt-in) and outside the EU (opt-out), honors the Global Privacy Control signal, and no browser telemetry is sent without consent.
- Do I have to update the plugin manually?
- No, you don't - updates install automatically. You can turn this off and approve them manually if you prefer full control over what changes on your store.
