We go through each of these before preparing an offer, so the quote covers what you really need – without modules you will not use.
Scope of modules
You roll out only what you need – AMPER can run in full or in part, e.g. just the online store (as at Merkury S.A.) or the online store with the sales rep app. Choose from:
- AMPER MSF – the app for field sales reps
- AMPER B2B – the online store for your customers
- AMPER AI – the assistant for sales reps and buyers
- AMPER Live Shopping and the Allegro integration
Scale
The number of sales reps using the app, the number of customers ordering in the online store and the size of the product catalogue.
ERP integration
A ready-made integration – with Comarch ERP XL, Comarch ERP Optima, SAP or Subiekt GT, among others – or an integration built for you, as with TEMA ERP at Merkury S.A. The scope of the data exchange matters too.

How much does AMPER cost?
We set the price of AMPER individually and do not publish a price list online. It depends on the modules, the number of users, the ERP integration, the scope of setup and the deployment model (SaaS or your own servers). We will prepare a quote after a short conversation about your sales process.
Can I start with one module?
Yes. AMPER can be rolled out in part – for example, Merkury S.A. uses the AMPER B2B online store, and Invena S.A. uses the online store, the sales rep app and the AI assistant.
How long does a rollout take?
It depends on the scope and the ERP integration. For example, the rollout at Kompania Dystrybucyjna – the app for 145 sales reps, the TEDI and TANO online stores, Live Shopping and the Comarch ERP XL integration – took 4 months.
When can a sales rep start working in AMPER MSF?
The day after the training. That is how it goes in our rollouts – at Kompania Dystrybucyjna a new sales rep starts working after a one-day training.
What is the difference between SaaS and an installation on our own servers?
With SaaS we host and maintain AMPER on AWS, Azure or OVH – with monitoring, a 99.99% SLA and always the latest version. With an installation on your servers you get the same product and full control over your data, with no dependency on external hosting.
Does an on-premise installation require third-party licenses?
No. AMPER does not require additional third-party licenses. Excel reports require Microsoft Office.
